I’m a Registered Psychotherapist with a background in education, and I’m especially drawn to work that helps people better understand themselves and feel more capable in their everyday lives. I’ve had the privilege of supporting adolescents, adults, and neurodivergent individuals, and I’ve learned that meaningful therapy starts with curiosity. That means taking the time to understand how each person thinks, feels, communicates, and experiences the world.

My approach is integrative and grounded in evidence-based practice. I draw from approaches including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailoring therapy to each client’s needs and goals. I support clients working through anxiety, stress, emotional regulation, self-esteem, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.

I have a particular interest in working with neurodivergent clients. I believe therapy should make space for different ways of thinking and functioning rather than asking people to fit into a single mould. My training in neuropsychiatric coaching allows me to bring a practical focus to areas such as executive functioning, organization, emotional regulation, and managing the demands of daily life. Together, we can identify what is getting in the way and develop strategies that feel realistic, useful, and sustainable.

For me, the therapeutic relationship matters just as much as the techniques we use. I want my clients to feel genuinely heard, respected, and comfortable being themselves. I believe effective therapy is collaborative, and I work alongside each client to build self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, and create greater confidence in navigating life’s challenges.

I offer psychotherapy in both English and Spanish and strive to provide care that is culturally responsive, inclusive, and respectful of each person’s identity, experiences, and way of understanding the world.
